The following is the syllabus and assignment sheets for my advanced undergraduate course on data visualizations: TCOM 4431 Information Design II. I taught this course during the Spring 2020 semester that was interrupted in March 2020 due to COVID-19. Despite the semester not going as planned, teaching concepts such as logarithmic scales or fan charts was immediately relevant to news coverage and incredibly engaging for students.
